I’m really glad I chose this company! Cheryl and Chad have been so helpful. Cheryl was very patient sorting out what I needed and getting me scheduled. Chad was so kind and knowledgeable, he really went above and beyond. He got my sewer scope taken care of and helped alleviate a lot of my concerns. He let me watch the camera and explained everything that we saw. I can see why they have such great reviews! I’m happy to know I have an excellent company to call on for any further issues. The guys from Sanders Plumbing (Chad, Travis, Heath, and Ryan) went above and beyond in every way that I can think of. First, and most importantly, it ended up costing half as much as what they originally estimated because (in the coldest temperatures of the year) they were very careful not to break the telecommunications conduit that had been drilled through my sewer main. Chad walked me through how get reimbursed by the telecom company, providing me with phone number and email addresses. Sanders Plumbing was the one company that was able to figure out the problem when three other plumbers could not. They were very professional and very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend them!

I can’t recommend Sanders Plumbing HVAC in North Little Rock enough, especially their maintenance plan (heating, HVAC, and plumbing in one)! I had Joe Holmes come out for the annual inspection of my HVAC system for the summer season, and he was fantastic. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was checking. Joe even made some minor repairs on the spot, all covered under the maintenance plan, no extra charges or surprises. The plan has made a big difference for keeping my system running smoothly and giving me peace of mind (especially relieving worries about my gas furnace). Sanders and Joe are the way to go for top-notch service!

First of all, I always receive incredible service from Sanders. Andrew, Chad & Joey each did an amazing job. Andrew diagnosed my issue and took decisive action to ensure the safety of my family due to a malfunctioning unit. When the time was right, Chad & Joey arrived early to install the replacement unit. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Each of these men were kind and compassionate. I can’t speak highly enough of Sanders Plumbing Heating & Air!

I am a proud return customer of Sanders plumbing. I have received services for plumbing and HVAC. Today, Brandon and Chad were able to unclog the kitchen drain and repair plumbing up under the kitchen sink. They are always courteous, kind, and considerate as well as being extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We are relatively new customers of Sanders Plumbing. We found them after the March 31 tornado after a friend recommended them. We had tried other plumbers first, but Sanders was the only company to respond quickly with an ETA. It wasn’t a full emergency - we had only lost 8 trees, much of our fence, and our main water service…so it was definitely a partial emergency. It took about a week for the debris to be cleared out so Sanders’ plumbers could replace the water meter, dig a trench for the new line they laid, and cover it up. They did a great job, and their customer service is top notch. One thing I really appreciate is that they send the name and photo of the plumber who is coming to your home once the plumber is on his way. It’s really helpful. They confirm appointments via text, and also have the plumber call when he’s heading your way from the previous appointment. We’ve used them several times in the past year. The most recent time was yesterday. The drain line for our hot water heater didn’t have the right fall (slope) and water had frozen where it pooled in the drain pipe. Not only did they get it unfrozen, they corrected the fall, and showed me a handy trick using a washer hose so I can unfreeze the line if it freezes in the future. We will keep using them - they’re great!

Once again, Sanders Plumbing provided my family with excellent heating and air service. Joe Holmes took the time to give me a break down of the current status of our heating and air systems. He gave me a call about 30 mins ahead of time to let me know he was heading our way and took whatever time was needed to ensure our systems were working properly for the upcoming season. Thank you for all you do!
